I was having a problem with my basement leaking and it rained the night they did the work and it worked completely. There was no problem with water coming in and I was very happy with that!

They were extremely professional, came in and did the job very well, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

The established time was not honored. I took time off from work for a 10:00am appointment. They arrived at my house at 5:00pm. I had to call to find out the issue and arrival time. The receptionist was rude and uncaring. I reached out to the sales person who would not answer his phone or return my messages.

not sure about the product used in your home. we usually pack the joint with oakum. then we use hydrolic cement (water plug). followed by tar on the outside. hope this helps. email with any questions. ... read more

Is there anything I can do from inside my attic to battle ice dams? I'll worry about preventing them next, for now I have them and want to speed up their melt.
