This was a very frustrating, and long drawn out experience from the get go. Damage to property (contractor accepted responsibility), lack of communication, delays brought on by weather, illnesses, availability of materials, vacations) etc.

I met with several contractors to find a solution for a patio cover; the situation was complicated due to the existing roof structure. Other contractors' bids were not only high, but involved major structural changes to the roof. So Co Sun came up with an innovative and cost effective way to beautifully cover my patio; I'm very pleased with the result.

It was done in a very timely manner and they always cleaned up after themselves. I had to have a fan put in later on and they came back and put it in with no problem. I was very pleased with their services!

Getting started on this project was so easy when working with Paul. The persons working at the office are also so nice and friendly. The crew that the company has doing the work on the sunroom were great people, knowledgeable, worked hard and did a great job.

I had a custom built deck cover built by SOCO Sunrooms last November 2017. I was more than thrilled with the work. Daniel was very professional throughout the entire job and very attentive to any changes I might want.
