We had windows installed in our old house and liked them so much we had them installed in our new house. Timing was perfect! While you might pay a little bit more, with Rolox Home Service, you definitely get what you pay for. I highly recommend using Rolox for windows and doors.

The installer did a really good job. He went above and beyond and even fixed one of the doors in the garage, which he wasn't there to work on.

The salesman was very knowledgeable on windows. the installation was prompt on time and worked non stop until the job was completed, the work area was kept clean both inside and outside the house.

I think they were excellent with their advertising and I would recommend them to anybody. They did really high-quality work and the owners, etc., work with you. The owner came out to the house and looked at the work himself. I was really satisfied with him.

i have a shower floor that holds water around the sides of the floor. it does not slope until closer to the drain. what can i do to build up the sides?

Not sure that anything will work at this time. That's usually addressed at time of installation. Tile I presume?

I have cracks in my basement concrete. What type of expert can tell me if the problem is serious? How do I find someone who can give me an unbiased appraisal?

All concrete has cracks. The difference is if it leaking or getting worse. Call the local wterproofing or mudd jacking contractor for a site visit.
