My wife and I are perfectionists and we did run into a few bumps, particularly in the communications, plus the web platform was pretty sad. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with the project outcome and we do not know of any contractor who we confidently feel would provide a better product. We also found in the course of the initial negotiations that the explanation of the costs for each service rendered was insufficiently detailed. We had to accept, more or less on faith, that the final cost, ~$60,000, was well justified and competitive.

Though renovating can be a worrisome experience, we were put at ease by our interaction with Robinson throughout our project, from the initial planning visit to the final walk through. We had never worked with a team so completely rooted in customer satisfaction and capability. Each worker was a craftsman. The project management was constantly in contact with us and immediately responsive to our questions. It was a dream. They are surely the première company for construction and renovation.

They backed up what they said they were going to do. It's a good team of people on the job trying to take care of everything on time. Overall, they are a good building company.

Following damage from foundation plumbing leak RRCH responded quickly and completed repairs.

I would recommend Robinson Renovation to anyone considering a renovation project. They come to your home for the initial meeting to discuss the potential project and will return for basic measurements and a follow-up as needed. Other companies I spoke with would not do a home visit until paying a fee for measurements and design. I felt way more confident having the builder share their outlook after being in the space. They are very knowledgeable and capable of carrying out your vision and will help you design any space.

Very poor quality for the money.

These are the major issues that I had with Robinson.

1). Measurement error caused major design after signing the contract. The issue wasn’t found until execution.
2(. The plumber ripped up my yard when trying to find the water line into the house.
It was right where it was suppose to be m.
3). The plumber caused a link when he removed a temporary hose bib.
RRCH refused to reimburse me to the leak.
And didn’t pay for me to hire someone to find the water line into the house for them .
4) The plumber left pipes un insulated,
Did not properly vent the master bathroom.
The venting issue caused me to smell sewer gas for 5 months. Robinson refused to take action to look at the venting. I had to hire a plumber for RRCH to get the plumber to fix the venting issue.

6) quality of the cabinets are very cheap
7). Flooring issues- but have flooring contamination has admitted to the quality issues and promised to them.

Their work is excellent, and everything is right on target. They are very professional.

RRCH are good to work with but some of their sub contractors are over priced for the average quality of work they provide. I think RRCH needs to review the sub contractors periodically.

They did a super job. I loved their work. They took care of everything.

Clients can have complete confidence in this company’s professionalism and integrity. There were no lengthy delays or surprise costs in completing our project. They know the area and what subcontractors do quality work.
