Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The lady who came, Colleen, was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and the workers who did the installation listened to us and did whatever we asked. They did a good job and fast.

Our experience with the Renewal team was excellent across the board from the initial sales contact who helped us pick the right style replacement windows to enhance the look of the house, to the installers who made a tough job look easy and and we're meticulous in keeping things clean, to the final inspection/follow-up.

They were very willing to work with us so we could afford the quality of product we wanted. They did an excellent job overall, and we are very satisfied with the windows. They are very economical, and we feel like they are going to make a huge difference in our heating costs.

In one day, I set up three different appointments with three different companies that do windows and doors. While Renewal by Andersen of Portland was not the cheapest, their reputation is excellent. All representatives, from the design consultants to the installers, were very professional and courteous. The products we selected, including widows, doors, and sliding doors are very high quality in materials and workmanship, giving us a high degree of confidence that we will recieve many years of service.

I bought a 15-paned french door from Renewal by Andersen. I can stand at my door and look out on to the backyard and it is exactly what I always hoped it would be. The Renewal crew took my dream door and made it a reality. I love my new door!

Cracks can occur for a multitude of reasons. I would recommend hiring a home inspector to take a look at your situation and get his professional unbiased opinion.
