These guys are great. A most beautiful counter top. Work was completed exactly on time, for a fair price, hassle free and we love it!

My ratings stem from the fact that Home Depot ordered the wrong formica, we discovered this when Tabitha reached out to confirm the order and share details. She said she had made the necessary changes. When the countertop arrived it was the incorrect material. I am in the process of listing the house and didn't have the luxury of time to send it back. If I had planned to stay here I would have and lived without a sink for 4 to 6 weeks. Tabitha was great to work with, this HD error, then compounded by precision is very disappointing

Quality customer care and quality product, through and through.

Our only criticism of our project was that we have a wall-mount kitchen faucet and well into the project we were told we needed to hire our own plumber (at a non-trivial additional cost) to disconnect and reconnect it for the backsplash install. This may be understandable, but we did not receive any credit for the plumbing charges in our bill (over $500, which included a top-mount faucet disconnect/reconnect, as well as other items we do not have, e.g., dishwasher, disposal).

Everything was perfect..

I was expecting more from Precision Countertops but failed short from beginning to end.

The countertops are perfect.

Not sure I would recommend, in the end I'm happy with the counter, but the process was agonizing.

Multiple visits needed. Left adhesive and even a straight razor blade on my counter when your installers left. Luckily I found it and not my grandchildren.

Both the measuring crew and the install crew were good to deal with. The measuring crew had a couple of suggestions that were good.

Seam between two large sections is not smooth

The entire countertop is 1/2 inch shorter than the Formica it replaced- all of my wood window trim now has a gap- the inside seam corner is not smooth and has both gap and excessive glue
