Install team showe duplicate grumpy and not very happy to be on-site. dint take pride on install as sink cutout is off. Asked if they could put faucet on top before install and installer wasn't very happy but did it anyway. faucet was ready to install as husband took off plywood as install didn't happen before Thanksgiving. All they had to do was put in hole and tighten nut that's it, I believe he was put out by it but again he did it. my husband hooked up the water hoses when he got home from work. we had precision before and everything went really really well but I guess things change within a company. now my expensive counter tops are great except the sink area where it's off.

1. Countertops were delivered with a 1 hr in advance text at 9PM. (Seriously??? I am 73 and usually in bed by then) Also i was notified to approve the template...I approved it then received a text almost a month later to approve template. Was told the person I dealt with was no longer with you. The ends on top were not as ordered and when I called to talk with the girl I had been in contact with me she was VERY unfriendly. Insisted they were correct and when I asked to speak with someone else she told me to call Home Depot and hung up on me. I had tops come from you the 1st part of the year and also had issues. I will never deal with any company that uses Precision again!

We had a few setbacks that ended up with an extra couple weeks of delay before completing. After the backsplash lengths were corrected they came in with their second crew to complete for a great job. they sent a specialist to deal with the countertop mis-match and they fixed it perfectly. I'm very happy with the completed countertop because my wife's verry happy with it.

Our granite countertops turned out beautiful but we did have one hiccup...my husband didn't look at the granite good enough before the installers left and when I looked at them, I found 4 spots where there were ugly patches to flaws in the stone. I called the office and told them what I didn't like and within 2 hours they had a man come out that removed the ugly patches, he filled them again and now you can't tell where they are. I am SO happy! I highly recommend them!

The overall experience from start to finish including the sales process at Home Depot thru to the installation was surprisingly uneventful which is a good thing. Plans made were adhered to which in our case was a necessity since we recruited help from family members to assist with the prep phase. All was completed without a hitch. Thank You!

The tops look great. However, the cutouts for electrical were left unfinished. It's gonna require someone with more knowledge than I have to resolve this. Not happy with the fact that this will cost more money.

Precision Countertops did a great job and met the timelines that they laid out for us. Counters went in when they said they would so it did not hold any other of the projects up. When they left, everything was cleaned up and ready to go. They set the undermount sinks and everything looks great.
