Porch Conversion

For the last 14 years Mary and Paul Maki of Porch Conversion have been helping their clients make the most of their homes by converting underused porches into beautiful sunrooms. The pair has over 30 years of experience designing and building three and four season sunrooms. They have installed over 3,000 custom sunrooms and have been recognized for their design work by PGT Industries, Custom Window and the National Sunroom Association.

Porch Conversion failed to provide the required work permit as required by NC State Law. Why is this important? Without it - the sunroom addition is not legal. And - if the addition is not legally approved and inspected - then real estate professionals will not market the home properly. We were :"fortunate"...
I am having problems with the town of Leland with the inspections afterwards. I am not sure they can do anything about it, but they have not shown up.
