Polar Builders Inc. has been in business since 2011, and we serve home and business owners within a 60-mile radius of the greater Twin Cities Metro area. Polar Builders Inc. is a full-spectrum general contractor specializing in exterior restoration, especially in regards to roofing, siding and windows. We believe in restoration and building practices that exceed all building code standards for the extreme Minnesota climate. We're GAF Master Elite Certified roofing system installers. Our installers have extensive experience restoring homes in the Twin Cities Metro area. What that means to our homeowners is extended warranties, instead of the standard one-year craftsmanship warranty. More

    The crews who did the roofing and siding were excellent craftsmen. We had one area under the siding that needed some carpenter work. It took longer to get that area completed, but after a call to Polar they were out in just a couple of days and did an excellent job. Great Crews - Good Job - Happy Customer

    They worked very hard with my insurance company to ensure I was getting the proper materials. My insurance company was trying to give me lower quality materials and Polar Builders pushed through to ensure I was getting better or equal materials. I really appreciated that.

    Communication was excellent as phone calls all returned promptly. Clean up after the roof was installed was great. I did get a small tear in a screen which was promptly repaired.
