I think we spend a lot of money on upgrades that we thought should be included in the purchase price. There are certain things that you can't just imagine they dont come with the high price we invest on the house.

Normandy Homes is far and away the best homebuilder I have ever encountered! Their attention to quality and detail really shows in every home they build. The level of customer service and knowledge I received from both Stephanie, the sales manager, and Don, the construction manager, far surpassed my expectations. I have not stopped raving about my beautiful new Normandy Home to all my friends and family. My family and I are so thankful and excited to be in our new home!

They took my money and I was dealing with their mortgage company. I got delayed because of their mortgage company. They charged me $3600 extra. I paid money and got approved. I'm not happy with Normandy. I wish they would give me half of my money back. I told my cousin not to buy from them.

The staff was knowledgeable and they listened to my concerns during and after the process.

I gave a 4 but one thing I am not happy about was the very basic package included with the house. I have only two outside lights and had to pay an electrician to come and install up lights and an additional coach light. For the price we paid, I would think outside lighting would not have cost much at all to include.

I am more than thrilled with my Normandy home. The only improvement that could be made is in the landscaping package. My backyard is not level which makes mowing difficult.

Mike Tarvin (Community Sales Manager) and Lance Thompson (Construction Manager) were both a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make our home exactly how we wanted it.

The absolutely went above and beyond to make my home purchase experience the best it could be.

They did a fantastic job. They really cared about the product, the client, and the quality exceeded my expectations.

I was impressed with the house overall. I enjoyed working with Anthony and Toni. They have been just great.

The build quality is good. The salesperson, Henry Morales, was really good and explained all the things up front and helped us through the building process. We initially had a construction manager that was not good but they replaced him with a new one. Ryan was awesome.

Through the whole building process, Normandy Homes managed to exceed my expectations with high level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by their staff from sales to construction managers.

I am extremely impressed with the way the construction went and the entire team met my needs. I really like how Normandy Homes took care of everything.

Normandy Homes was an exceptional experience. The quality, thought and follow through couldn't be beaten. There is no other builder that could match the quality and features and the price we received. We would not build a home again, unless Normandy was building it.
