They did a great job. They were always on top of stuff! They were fast putting the roof on. It was nice that they were in and out. We didn't have to go weeks listening to the hammering. We have a sizable roof that they were able to get done in one day!

There are a lot of storm chasers. After the hail, they asked, "Can we look at your roof?" They said they would go look up there and submit the claim, which they did. Ultimately, the quality of the work is good. My roof and windows look and operate as expected. The entire process lacked the level of communication I would expect and the length of time to complete seemed a bit long, although the pandemic may have played a part in this.

I thought the work they could do was done nicely however Legacy could not complete all aspects of the work. They could do the roof but not the gutters. My biggest pet peeve is unkept promises. As the final check was being written they offered a free meal to my favorite restaurant. Over a month later....Nothing!...

One of the shutters on the house was hanging down, I notified them and they fixed it and now it's hanging down again. This should of been an easy fix.

Legacy was paid last September by my insurance company, to put a new Roof, Gutters, and additional work on my house. To date I am still waiting for the gutters, door wraps, etc. Numerous calls to Legacy are not returned. They have the insurance $$, but the job is still not complete.

The production crew workers were much more organized and efficient than the "up-front" people who were doing the explanations, insurance, and paperwork.! The crew did a great job and left everything clean and clear of objects and nails, etc. and were very careful of my shrubs and landscape lighting.. Good job!
