We have worked with Bill Severance since 2001 and he gives excellent advise and we have went back to him 4 times. He is a wonderful and professional person, he protected our interests and I trust him completely.

Bill at Kitchen & Bath Design Store was a pleasure to work with. He's a great guy and always showed up when expected. He's an expert craftsman so if you are particular about your work - straight lines and joints lining up, everything done properly - Bill is your guy.

Bill has done many things over the years. The bathroom remodel was our biggest job a few years ago. Everything has been great, and work really well.

Check the weepholes and make sure they are not clogged. These holes allow water to drain outside of the window, and are on both sides of the window. If they are clogged then the water will drain where ... read more
