I think it's an outstanding home and should hold its value for years to come.

Extremely happy with the purchase of our new condo at Fairway Estates. The Fairway Estates TEAM (Sales & Build) exhibited patience, perseverance and dedication during the purchase, final build-out and closing for our new home. Their professionalism and "customer first" approach was first class and surely set's an extremely high standard for their competition. If you are looking to purchase in the Port Clinton, OH area this location and builder is your best choice.

Review of Kohler Bathroom Design Service by Kathy H.
Heather was great to work with. She listened carefully and provided options that reflected my tastes and needs. After we finalized the design, she reached out to the local Kohler Design Store to connect them to me so I could see the actual products and get quotes. I highly recommend this service.
