If you are looking for a quality forever home then the Epcon product is a great alternative. Not having built a home before this was the easiest process I believe it could have been. Make sure the communication is there but the house at the end will be fabulous. We couldn't be happier with our home. We wish the communication would have been better up front.

I moved into a new house about a year ago. All of the toilets seem to be a little cheap in that:
