Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Windows are great. However, the owner/salesman is a "typical salesman". The crew supervisor was good, but the other two crew members were lacking in skills and knowledge. They also were not truthful - they broke a stand and a tabletop (on the outdoor bistro set) - and would not own up to it. They...

This was one of the WORST experiences I have had. The actual work occurred two years ago and I am just now being asked for feedback so, here it goes...The install team showed up late. On of them was drunk and caused damage in my bathroom. The quality of work performed installing 15 windows in my house...

I gave them this rating because I think there are other, smaller, window companies that provide quality windows and quality service that would have charged me less.
