Satisfaction Feedback - 1. The care with which the plans and cost were considered and outlined for us--no surprises. The only changes and increases in cost were when we made changes in the plans.2. Dave was very patient through the delays resulting from resolving our issues with our neighbor over our plans. The schedule for the sub-contractors was altered because of the plan revisions, and Dave stayed with us through all of these delays, and construction continued to completion.3. Dave and his entire office and crew responded promptly to our questions through the Buildertrend website and calls to his office.4. The warranty policy was thoroughly explained; with new appliances, nothing has occurred, but we expect they will all be handled in the same efficient manner as everything that has characterized our project to this point.
