Coastal Design Builders is your one-stop-shop for custom homes and home remodels. We are experienced in building homes from 1500 to 8000 square feet in a variety of styles, materials and locations.

In addition to building new homes from scratch, Coastal Design Builders can remodel your home’s existing rooms or build a new addition.

Alan listened to our ideas and helped us to keep them within our budget. He did not pressure us into any decision and when we were overwhelmed with color choices and styles he narrowed our choices to three and let us pick from those! We look forward to working with him again.

i just had all the windows replaced in my home, why am i getting moisture on the inside of some of the windows and puddles on the window sills?

Check the flashing on the windows per the manufactures specifications. do not be afraid to call the window compoany for a resource

Daniel, Gavigan Uses Tankless water heat ( Gas or LP) when ever possible. The industry and level of Quaity have surpassed common standards. Knowing how to check and possibly service the system is a a ... read more
