History
Based in Palatine, Illinois, Bath Planet was created by founder Scott Rosenbach and retired co-founder, Tom Barzantny. The owners set out to build a turnkey, one-stop shop in 1999, recognizing a need for greater consistency and service between manufacturers and dealers in the tub and shower remodeling industry. The Bath Planet brand was originated to fulfill needs that were not being met. Over the years, the company has been able to connect the dots of a disconnected industry. While the quality of the work is good, the customer support they proivde isn't as great as we would like. On more than one occasion, they didn't return our calls when there was an issue with the work. They had to cancel an appointment last minute, which was an issue because we had to take off work. The initial installation didn't go well; we had to take off more time from work. I am still waiting to hear back from them. It's been well over three weeks regarding compensation for things that didn't go well.

This was my 3rd time Bath Planet was at my house. First time was a walk-in shower, next time up grade my other shower and third time was to replace the vanity in one bathroom and update the sink in the other bathroom. Charlie did all three outstanding individual very efficient.
