Great people to work with; very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable design staff committed to providing quality product. Products and services pretty pricy though; be prepared for lots of sticker shocks. Custom product info and problem follow-ups difficult to get resolved; do-it-yourselfers might be hesitant.

I would look for a framer to look at this. most likely you have either some thermal movment, settling,  or  it may just need braced against small movements cauise by other forces (wind etc..).  You co ... read more
