Founded in 2012, BLB Custom Building has quickly evolved to a respected construction company through numerous residential and commercial projects, ranging from renovations to complete builds, throughout the Greater Newburyport community and Boston suburbs. With a crew comprised of master craftsmen, Ben demands perfection and oversees each project with attention to detail. Ben has held his Construction Supervisors License for 6 years, and routinely participates in Continuing Education courses and opportunities to better his craft and learn the latest techniques in his field. As an insured builder, his customers can be assured that their home renovations and builds are in secure hands.

what is the process to cancel contract with in the three day period? The paperwork is missing (unreadable) that information due to printing issues.

Our new home does not have insulation or sound proofing between floors. Can we fix this now?

You might consider trying to add a new layer of ceiling drywall using GreenGlue sound proofing adheasive. This gets installed without removing anything too, it should be noted . This will be the most ... read more
