What is the ideal height for a single built-in oven? The oven is 30" tall and the chef in our house is 62" tall.

Standard ideal height would be 32", but in this case with a 5' 1" chef we would fully customize this for the situation.

I'd expect that you have a warranty longer than just 30 days. Probably at least 1 year, right? I'll base my answer on that premise.
