Great organization! Measurement was easy, install was timely and polite

I asked for copies of all my documents and I haven’t received them. Customers service needs to be improved.

I thought the process was easy enough and finished product looks great. Just not sure if the quality of the product is there for the price I paid.

My back door sliding black door has an issue. I have to pull with my entire body weight to be able to get the door in a position where I can lock it. My mother-in-law is unable to do that and that is a problem is that it would leave my property unsecure

Crew arrived on time, angel was the lead and he knew exactly what to do and was personable and informative. The team finished earlier than I expected and did a great job with cleanup.

Window Nation delivered everything they said they would. First, we checked with several window companies and felt our best price came from Window Nation. We felt the quality of the windows is very good. They kept us informed about the windows arrival which came when they said. They sent a guy who measured all the windows and went over the final order with us. They took great measures to make sure everything was right. The installation team was scheduled and arrived on time. They were courteous and respectful of our home. They were very organized and professional completing the job the same day. Following the completion of the job we were contacted by installation and our sales person to see if we had any concerns. Window Nation did a great job for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows.

They did a good job, and they were efficient in coming. Also, they cleaned up after they finished doing the process. I was pleased, and I didn't have to say anything to them.

The window was a little smaller than it could be. Theinside was not finished off.

Quick process and fast installation

We recently had two sliding patio doors installed but have reported several issues to customer service. First the door handles that were installed were not the colored we ordered. We order the Oil rubbed bronze handles and one door was installed with a silver handle while the other was installed with a black handle. After going back and forth with the customer representative they have ordered the correct handles but will not be shipped until 11/25/25. In addition, the lower patio door was missing outside plugs to cover the screws. This same door is also extremely hard to lock, and we are unable to use for fear of not getting it to lock again. Finally, the caulk that completed around the door was done poorly and needs to redone. We have supplied pictures to WN Representative.

Service call was scheduled for 1-3 pm. Technician arrived about 4 pm with no call saying they would be late.

I am happy with the installation and the people who work for Window Nation. I am waiting for someone to come and to see the colors of the windows that are not the same white.

We needed to change our windows and started getting estimates. We went to the State Fair and talked to Window Nations rep. We got an appointment the next day. Terry came over and told us all about the process.
