Window Nation provided the lowest cost estimate. The windows are of very good quality, good materials, excellent construction and excellent work by the installation team. The install team was very punctual, performed great work and cleaned up well, you could not even tell they had been there. Also, on the sales end, Terry was very knowledgeable, represented the product well, understood the competitive offerings very well and the whole process lived up to the high expectations he set.

The installers arrived with the wrong permit. A supervisor stopped by to apologize and told me to expect a restaurant gift card. The supervisor never followed through with his customer service gesture.

From start to finish, I have been pleased with everything. The sales rep was friendly and took time to answer all our questions. He gave a very thorough demonstration. The scheduler was super helpful and easy to work with. The installation team did exceptional work in less time than estimated. I anticipated there to be some accidental damage to walls and window sills, but there was practically none, and the small scratches that were made, got immediately repaired. We did a temperature test to see if the windows repel exterior heat as we had hoped, and they are definitely performing! From 114° with our old windows at mid day to around 75° with the new ones. This was money well spent!

I love the finished product and how it makes my house look - I also love all the features of the new windows.

Making sure you guys clean up a bit better. We have glass shards all over our front porch and I stepped in it and cut up my feet.

Mr Woods took his time explaining the process, did a great job demonstrating the different types of windows and how each one is designed and which is most effective in helping with the temperature efficiency.

I had some issues early on with the quote and was given an inaccurate quote that was not honored. It was vey unpleasant for me but in the end I decided that the windows merited a try and so despite the earlier issues I had I gave them a chance

The guys came and did a good job.

One of the items is that the installers did not communicate with us very well, which resulted in damage and did not tell us that this happed, which resulted in us having to pay a repair guy to fix their mistakes. Another of those mistakes was the removal of a board on the window that the blinds hung on, they damaged a clip that the blinds clip to and then threw that board in the garbage that had all the clips on it and did not tell us they threw it away. They damaged the wall on both sides of the window, which resulted in us having to pay to have it repaired. They used the wrong silicone, which is one that could not be painted, and we just had our rooms painted, so that ended up us having to pay our repair guy to correct it by removing the unpaintable silicone and put the correct one in place. So basically, this added on more duress and cost to us then what should have been added, if things would have been done with more care and more communication.

We had issues with the installation, and they haven't solved it yet.

I was happy with the whole process and the finished project is great. We will definitely use Window Nation for the remaining windows to be replaced.
