Price was good. Service was on time and professional. Cleaned up.
I think the windows are good quality.I had called several companies to come out and give me estimates that did not show up.1 did show up and said it was " too much work".
I'm very satisfied with the windows. But I am old school and I don’t like not having a hard copy of my sign contract.
Install on the first date told to the customer.
Great workmanship and expert installers.
Window Nation was really good to work with. In my opinion, it was one of the best bids we received during the bid process. The job they did was really good. I was very impressed with the guys who did the job; they did a really nice job with the windows in the house, and we really appreciate what they did.
The installation was of good quality.
I was very happy with the service, and they were punctual and very courteous.
I did refer, but I never got my gift card.
Window Nation was professional, showed up on time, and the work looks good.
I think that they were fast, they had good payment plans, and I was shocked. I thought it was going to take longer than it did. It was good, and I am definitely coming back once I pay off these windows.
The window itself is wonderful, but management doesn't know what they're doing. I can't get a response from the people in the office. One guy is trying to supervise 200 jobs; you can't do that.
I'm just very pleased with the product and the installation.
The windows were installed quickly, and Lorenzo Lee, who came out to do my assessment, was very nice and knowledgeable.
Window Nation delivered quality work on time and efficiently.
The windows itself are good windows. They are well insulated and function well. However, the exterior portion of the windows have so many noticeable flaws.
Nicely work done I recommend my friends and family
I wasn’t here; I was in the hospital, but I heard they were really nice, friendly, hard-working guys who worked out here. That’s all I know.
The customer service isn’t the greatest. What they tell you when they sell you the windows is not fully accurate.
Hi there, I have had a few issues with the contract benefits and installation of my windows. Frank Nemec was my sales person and was so focused on the free Penguins Hockey tickets and vacation voucher from Destination Motivation that he mistakenly listed my bathroom window with a code not OBS. I did not know what that meant until the windows were installed. I know I specifically asked for the window to not be clear, now I know this is the opposite of Not OBS. I got an installation quote from Frank Nemec and waited until I saved the money to avoid the inflated APR on a monthly plan. At that point I was told it was too late to get the Pens tickets because it was the end of the season. I went online and personally bought tickets to two more games that season. Who used my tickets? The vacation "voucher" is a scam to lure people into paying more for a trip than they would if they booked on their own. I tried to use it and the number of phone calls and emails was exhausting. After the installation, I got an invite to review the company from Ed Hudzinski. I wrote to him twice explaining I needed the window replaced in my bathroom because the wrong one was ordered. He did not reply. I then wrote to corporate and was able to get support from Demetrius Marbury. After many weeks of continued communication I was told the window would be delivered and installed. Someone from the business replaced the window quickly. I was told that my neighbor Lu Ann Abelson at 209 Adeline would get her $250 referral fee. She has still not received it. Please send that to her. I would also like the free tix to see the Pens during their next season. Please call if you want more details. 631-848-0038 Jamie Tattersall
Window Nation did a good job installing the windows. It was the wrong order, but they still did a good job.
The installers were pretty much spot on. Zach and David did an awesome job installing the doors and storm doors.
I would not recommend window nation to anyone. Unfortunately, the windows are much smaller than expected. We wanted to change the windows in our basement to give it more sunlight and a more open feel. It looks like there’s at least two frames on the window which make the windows look very small and not fit for the basement. The windows did not improve the sunlight or open feel in our basement. We feel that we wasted $7000 and wish we went with another company that would’ve installed windows fit for the space.
The windows themselves look great. The product quality and appearance are exactly what I hope for. However, the installation team has been a major disappointment. The work was left. Incomplete communication has been extremely poor and despite multiple attempts to get followed up, I’ve been waiting for months for the remaining contracted work to be finished. Extremely disappointed the design consultant was supportive and has been trying to help move things forward, but the installation team lacks response and follow through, and I’m extremely frustrated for it still to this day not completed.
Lack of communication, not closing the loop, windows were measured twice & still 1 window was the wrong size, customer satisfaction does not feel like a priority. Someone had to come out 2 additional times to complete the work that had already took 12hts to do.
