I think its best to wait until everything is Fixed and or Replaced, we Started the process May 30th Windows were installed in June, have had several Issues, one Window has already been replaced waiting for instructions on 2 or more other Windows that do not fit right and other issues and failed the final Inspection. Waiting on an update to when , where and how.
I’m waiting on follow up on a dent in my door and screens that weren’t with order and now that are installed are not right.
I am not happy with the windows
They were very professional & very good at what they do. They were very friendly & very polite.

We are experiencing a problem with our security system due to the fact that the technician not informing us that they were cutting the wires to our alarm system.
I was sold on a lifetime warranty, making it worth the cost. After install I received my warranty paperwork and there is only a 5 year labor warranty (which was most of the cost), limitations like maintenance required that I was specifically told wasn't required, and other limitations. I was told everything would be covered including breakage caused by rocks getting kicked up by a lawn mower. I emailed to request clarification, was told I would get a call and now it's been a week and haven't heard back. Seems like they will say anything to get you to agree to an overpriced job only to not deliver on what you're told at the time of the sale.

I was looking for black windows.
My experience with Window Nation has been very pleasant, no pushy salesmen. Joe is very patient and explained the process clearly and with as much detail as possible. in fact, every one during the installation process was very professional and willing to take the time to listen and answer any concerns that I had. I highly recommend Window Nation if you have issues with your windows. I not only tell my friends but any one I meet if the discussion of windows comes up.
Better customer service when crew is very late
Everything started off good but when it came to installation day the crew was six hours late.

The windows were way over priced for what I got I ordered basement windows and was told the would be similar to what was there and they are not the window pains are much smaller then what was there we reached out to window nation to our sales person lot rectified this issue and have been getting the run around we asked him to speak to a manager and have been waiting over a week now the customer service is horrible and are still waiting for answers
Excellent work, the installers did a great job and made sure to do it right. They were very personable and went the extra mile.

They need to clean the windows better when they leave. They leave fingerprints all over them. I didn't like that.
