Sales was great, install was done in one day, but we are two months in of trying to get a check owed to us for 2 windows and it is not being resolved.

three people showed up to do windows, as soon as I left for work, half hours later, two left and only one was doing the windows and the only one who spoke English was home talking to me on the phone. I thought he was working at my house.

It took 18 month to get the job completed minus 2 months we had to wait or the HOA before installing the correct color bedroom window. Only one person in the local office knew anything and would help me and that was Adam. In October 2025 I dropped off in the local office with Pablo an envelope for Jeff Beck and I would bet my last dollar it never made it to Mr. Beck. I did return the $500.00 gift card for future use or a friend in the packet for Mr. Beck.
I would be more than happy to talk with Mr. Beck and the only individual I would recommend or work with at Window Nation is Adam. He's the only one that knows anything and has no excuses.

I never enjoyed spend so much money at one time. Our sales associate was amazing and very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel like we were being sold a product, we felt like we were making an investment purchase.

Installed wrong sliding door, mistakes happen so not the end of the world. They offered to install the correct door for free, it was ordered, installation was set for last month. Got canceled because of the snow, total understandable for safety. They moved the install date to today. Showed up just to measure and order another door.... even though I have an email stating the other door was shipping from the factory 1/28

The windows are a great fit! Looks great, but, when your installer put them in,he scratced our siding.
We called, the guy who came out I was not happy with. His statement was it's like getting a brand new floor in once a mark goes in. Oh well, you start not to care!
Now a guy who called about the color of the siding I left him the color of the siding I called him back 3 times no response. I called the office, office told me he was in a meeting, and would call me back before the end of day. And nothing
The same guy called back after a month. And asked .

They were supposed to come back to replace a scratched window and repair things the work crew left wrong, but nobody came back or contacted me.

Communication, just dead silence for months and you can get anyone on the phone

I was not pleased with us being denied to reschedule our appointment even though we called over 48 hours in advance of our appointment. We were told if the weather got too bad that they could finish up another day. That never happened and it was snow and ice on our roof. Not exactly OSHA standards.

Every step in the process was very positive. We really liked our sales associate as well as the installation team. Everyone was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We are also extremely pleased with the windows ! Great quality and nice looking.

I love the quality of the front door and windows. They are the best windows I’ve ever seen.

Was not given accurate information around labor warranty. Was told lifetime but it's only 5 years after install. Got told "it recently changed" but feels like a bait and switch. Also picture window has been broken twice during install and repair attempt left black marks on my wall

I feel I traded a old ugly inefficient window for a new pretty inefficient window.

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was very knowledgeable great to talk to about the product and willing to spend time explaining things.

They should be aware that some details still need attention, and it’s been nearly two months now.

The installers where clean and efficient

Tyler explained everything quite well; I was kept informed of progress every step along the way; the window construction is high quality.

My experience was very good with Window Nation. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the windows and the doors. I do have one thing; they have not brought two of my screens for two of my windows. They didn't have them, and they were supposed to bring them back, and I haven't received those yet. Other than that, they did a good job.

I would highly recommend Window Nation to a friend. Actually, a friend suggested I contact Window Nation for an estimate. I was very impressed with the sales representative's knowledge. The installers were very precise in installing the window and afterwards, explained the features. I am very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the window.

Products are great we received our windows and new front door which we love. But the customer service after they got paid declined and the service wait times are horrible. Been waiting on a new lock for 3 months, still waiting.

The patio door is sticking and not closing easily.

Overall I like most of the windows. On two casement windows in our kitchen, we paid extra for to get a wood look since our old windows were wood with wood trim and we liked the look. My wife & I had specifically asked the salesman if everything would be replace and match the new wood look windows. By that we meant the trim around the windows and the window sill along the bottom. He said yes it would and that is the only reason we spent the extra money to get the wood look. The guy came out a week later to measure our windows and mentioned to us that he didn't see anything about the window trim or sill on our order. I contacted the salesman and he said it should have been included, but he'll put in a change order. A few days went by and I followed up with him. He said he would resend the change order. It came through and I signed it and sent it back. A few weeks later you came out to install the windows and the installer informed me he only had white primed wood to install. I told him that is not what we were sold and that we did not like the look of white trim on a wood look window. A manager called and they said the only thing they could do is go by wood and install it and we can stain it whatever color we want. We felt that we had to go with that over the white trim. The installer framed in the 2 casement windows with wood, calked it and finished the install. We purchased stain and polyurethane and watched a few videos on how to stain window trim. They all show sanding and staining the molding before putting it up. We are anxious about having to do this while it's up on wall around our new windows, our cabinets and tile backsplash. With the money we paid to have the windows installed and for what we were told we were purchasing, we are not happy to have this staining project to complete. I am open to any help or advise that you can provide on how to best tackle completing the sanding & staining project.

Aside from the windows being special ordered to my home and to my specs, they are truly beautiful. I am so happy I decided to go with Window Nation, they are true professionals!

The installers were great and left the area clean. They finished in one day, very professional.

I am likely to recommend Window Nation to a friend. We had a couple of small issues, but they were resolved, and we still have a pending issue. Although we had a couple of little things being taken care of, I'm confident they'll be resolved to my satisfaction.

They gave me a giftcard I cant use. Bryon and the crew wonderful and the other guys actually showed up on time and I appreciated that because I was dropping my dogs off.

3 bay windows are terrific.

Travis made the whole experience worthwhile. He was available to answer all my questions he was polite and a pleasure to deal with. All the team that worked in my home were polite and courteous. I am so pleased thanks to all who helped me .

The communication at first was a little sparse. Then, as project grew closer, communication about project was good.

The process was too long. They tried to do the install the week of Thanksgiving, and the guy they'd sent out to measure it measured wrong, so they brought the wrong door. So then they had to reorder it, and it took until January, and it's still not right.

They fulfilled all of their promises, have been completely honest, and have done fine work.

Attention to detail by the installers, they take pride in their work.
Management CS very responsive.
