They did a great job and I love my windows.
All and All we were happy with our windows.
There were only 2 people on our installation team, so they were here from 10 am to 10pm.
A long day for them and us.
We needed to get all our window ledges spacked and repainted after our install.An additional cost that we did not expect.
We also ended up paying our install team an additional 200 dollars to put back up our window treatments. Wood blinds and vertical blinds. Our bedroom verticals were put on backwards, but we can live with that. My frustration is our neighbors who I referred, did not have to pay anything to get their existing blinds put back on. There should be some consistency there.
I did refer our neighbors and had them reach out to our salesman Ryan Martin. They wanted me to be there for security since they are seniors. I spent almost 3 hours at their home to close the deal. I have yet to receive my promised referral bonus!! I have reached out to ask about this bonus. Nothing so far. Very disappointing.
Do to our experience we will not be recommending Window Nation

The sales pitch was a low stress, no pressure conversation with much information about the windows and installation. Inside measurements and outside photos were made easy to understand.

Two different styles of screens were installed, finish sill of window units are damaged. I was attended to until full payment was made, then ignored.

Other than Kirby, who measured our windows, and the 2 installers, we didn't meet anyone in person. I followed protocol of your company and called Jessica Espinoza to share my concerns after the project was completed. My issues/concerns have gone unanswered. I have documented the whole process.
Constant communication from start to finish of 3 phases of whole house installation.

I have had no follow up from my sales rep after he sold me the windows. No follow up from window nation wondering how everything is going with the windows. Some of the windows are very difficult to shut.
I would not recommend window nation to anyone based on the experience I had with the install and still having project not completed and flaws with the install

Window Nation has now performed two window installment jobs. The salespeople are professional and I am pleased with the quality of the windows.
I feel that once you got my money and put in my windows I was/have been totally ignored. I tried calling customer service, got a AI on the phone who seemed to only say Thank You Sylvia for calling that was the reply after everything I said. Asked for a call back and never received one.
I like most of what they’ve done, but I’m not real happy with my bay window. Two side windows are too small and they adjusted everything. I’m not particularly real happy with it.
The quality of the slider window is not good. 2 broken locks and possibly an incorrect installation.

Bottom of the barrel service & unknowledgeable staff & installers. The only person that knew what he was doing was Tyler who gave us our quote & feels it was only because you're looking for the downpayment & contract to be signed.
Our experience has been positive. The pitch that was given reflected the installation and the early follow up.
Excellent window and doors. Doors are custom built and take extra time, but if you have the time they are well worth the time!
Installation crew was very professional, knowledgeable, on time and efficient
The install didn’t go very well the first time so it required a retry 2nd install about 2 months later. The guys who came on the second time still didn’t really know what was to be done and they didn’t speak English. Then I had to have someone come out a 3rd time to correct a crease in between the doors which led to air getting in and potential for bugs.

I don’t really have an opinion on this. There a many window companies so i would recommend shopping around and also visit Home Depot for estimates.

They did a very good job of installing and the windows are great. No more smells from outside that I don't want to smell. Electric bills have gone down.

There are places on my walls that have to be painted over because of marks. The windows look great but some of my window frames inside the house have to caulked & painted.where the new windows were installed. Is that normal?? I don't know!!

Have the worst customer service, I’m not happy with one of the windows, contacted sales and it takes them fourth months to contact me and they don’t want to make a quotation until I pay the little reming balance that I had.
