Established 1999 - Tucker Building is licensed GC in the Lowcountry since 1999. We have learned the unique Architectural Style of the Low Country, Historic Significance and Lowcountry Style. We also are experienced in best practices and building means and methods to best protect our client's investment against our unique Coastal Climate and Weather. To that end, TBC has learned through experience the importance of Coastal Building Science specifically the Means and Methods of Construction to protect against Coastal Winds and Storms. We understand the importance of living spaces unique to our area: Functional kitchens open to other rooms for entertaining and conducive to Food Preparation, Functional Bathrooms to capitalize on limited space while optimizing storage and wet spaces, Coastal Cottage among other interior trim options. Mud rooms, outdoor decks and showers to support active living.
