We also are experienced in best practices and building means and methods to best protect our client's investment against our unique Coastal Climate and Weather. To that end, TBC has learned through experience the importance of Coastal Building Science specifically the Means and Methods of Construction to protect against Coastal Winds and Storms. We understand the importance of living spaces unique to our area: Functional kitchens open to other rooms for entertaining and conducive to Food Preparation, Functional Bathrooms to capitalize on limited space while optimizing storage and wet spaces, Coastal Cottage among other interior trim options.
