The Whitney Projects was born from a passion to create livable works of art and a home building experience that is extraordinary for the client. Before you can build a home, you must “build” the home building team. Our success is largely due to the creation of great relationships with our architects, craftsmen, suppliers, engineers, and employees. As early as possible we integrate the appropriate resources into a systematic process and schedule. Tight quality control measures ensure consistent delivery with minimal waste of material or resources. Great estimating, financial control management, and customer service round out The Whitney Projects’ business model.

The finished appearance of our client’s home is of the utmost importance and we are relentless in ensuring every detail is correct…each custom home becomes our client’s master piece. Behind the beauty, The Whitney Projects builds sustainable homes that perform exceptionally, creating comfortable, healthy, and efficient living environments. We strive to stay on the cutting edge of “Building Science” and as stewards of the environment; we employ Green Building practices that make our homes more efficient, thus reducing the impact on our environment. Starting in 2007, all of our homes are certified by one of three “Green Building” certification processes.
