This is my fourth System Pavers job. That says it all!

Poor communication and poor follow through from the sales team and operation.

I was referred by a friend and was told my friend would receive a referral bonus of $500 and she has not received it and all my contacts are non-responsive.

The work was done on time. The work was done very efficiently.

Quick easy install, quality install

The installation process was described and adhered to. The crew was efficient. The quality of the install was great.

I was impressed with the time devoted by Blake in project design. The crew worked hard to address any concerns and execute the project design in a manner that exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience with System Pavers installing artificial grass in our backyard. The entire process was smooth and efficient—from the initial consultation to the final installation. Friends and neighbors often ask about our driveway, and our previous project in our back yard. Everyone is amazed by the beautiful work System Pavers has done at our house. Our neighbors the Ferrero's used System Pavers for their driveway after seeing our back yard work a few years ago

We liked the finished project very much.

The attention to detail and coordinating project materials to produce an excellent product and result.

The people I worked with at System Pavers were great -- all highly professional. The completed project looks really, really good (and hopefully 10-20 years from now I will still be able to say that -- time will tell). There were only two things that I would suggest being aware of from a consumer perspective: First, System Pavers may not always be able to give their warranty on drainage if your driveway doesn't have a sufficient gradient (as was the case for my driveway unfortunately). But at least they were upfront about this, which makes me think they take their 25 year warranty seriously. Second, the standard contract that System Pavers wants you to sign is consumer UNfriendly. Here's an example: the contract stipulates that if System Pavers accidentally damages your sprinkler system during installation they are not responsible. Seriously? (Fortunately, I had them put in a special clause into my contract saying they would be responsible for damage; I would suggest others do the same. And I would highly recommend that all homeowners should always test their sprinklers for leaks and broken pipes after the initial digging is finished but before the new pavers are put down.)

In summary, I am very pleased with System Pavers and the overall outcome.

The guys who did the porch laid a paver with a hole in it. Out of all the hundreds of them on our project. They finished a month ago and all I’ve been told is someone is going to fix it.

The project manager was excellent and very attentive.
