ServoPro was extremely difficult to work with I had a difficult adjuster who was eventually fired, but ServPro was just as bad. They failed at almost every level of my claim. I was very pleased with the service provided. Flooding was happening all over Tri-County area yet I had two trucks at my Facility for most of the night. The price was fair for the ER Service I received. Thank you Mike & Team !!

This company came out to my home and from the beginning it was nothing but issues. Furthermore, the employees that came out did not follow their own company procedures and damaged my living room carpet. They came back and tried to clean it and in doing so discolored it. The only trouble I had with ServPro is not knowing exactly when they would arrive each day they visited. I was told I would get a phone call prior to their arrival but this is only true of the very first day. Every other visit was like waiting for the cable guy. I found this to be somewhat irritating and unprofessional.

Very professional, explained what they were doing and why. Staff members were pleasant as was their office staff. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their expertise.

They are a professional and courteous company. The communications process was very helpful. The timing was wonderful. They do nice work and helped us feel better about our issues. They took good care of my property.
