Could not fix hot water heater pilot assembly a $30 part. Wanted to replace with new hot water heater. Price was double ($2k) what I paid by my plumber the next day (($900). Will not use again and would not recommend AJ Perri.

wondering if there's a product out there that one can spray on the inside of an exterior wall on a wood basement to waterproof?
