We had these gutters installed last Fall, and noticed that the end caps were leaking. I called Springrock 10 times starting in June 2024 through November 2024. I left voice messages on most of these calls (including calls to the owner of the company) since no one ever answered the phone. I received only three return phone calls and each time was told that they would call me back within two weeks to set up an appointment after they could check with their crews. I never received a call to set up that appointment. No one ever came to fix the problem and my end caps are still leaking. If you expect any basic customer service, this is not the company for you!

I am still waiting for a callback about some information, and the roof shingles were sticking up a little. Also, the gutters are too low, so the water could not drain away from the house. It could have been lifted a little more.

Love them!! Best decision I’ve made in a long time to get new gutters!! Spring rock milwaukee did a wonderful job they look brand new.

I asked the installer to caulk the gutter end that was leaking. I was told this would be done for free as part of the install. It was not done and it leeks.

They were extremely friendly, responsive, and professional. The pricing was awesome too.

They did an excellent job.

We had rain coming into our house due to the crew leaving holes in our gutters and not properly finishing out the corners.

I would recommend their service only if the person isn't getting a detailed service.

We have called with concerns about our installation but no one has called us back to address our concerns.

I would tell them to add springrock to their bid list. I would tell them that the installation seems well done. I can't rate it a 5 until i see it go through a winter

They work well with customers they were neat , picked up behind themselves. We had damage prior to them working and it was dried before they were done and we were just pleased.

Because I was not happy with the installation crew. No one came out after the installation..

Springrock Gutters did a good job. I had some concerns and they discovered that a bird chewed a hole in the wall. They were able to replace and fix it. I was overall pleased with the job.

Overall the installation was fine, and everything is working as it should, reduced stars because the install team left behind a mess in the yard that had to be cleaned up.
