Glass Guru solved a difficult problem with an outside door. No one else we called even suggested they could do what Glass Guru did. The cost to us was very reasonable considering everyone else quoted us 3 or 4 timesthe amount Guru estimated and charged us.

Very Professional, had a small issue where when the dumpster was dropped off it cracked the concrete next to the house. Bone dry was on top of it and replaced the section that was damaged right away. i have a shower floor that holds water around the sides of the floor. it does not slope until closer to the drain. what can i do to build up the sides?

Unfortunately it sound like your shower pan was installed incorrectly. Im afraid it will most likely have to be removed to start over again.

The builder did not build our home as we had ordered, citing a design change after contract was signed. What recourse do we have?

A lawyer is the first place to start. Your builder should be insured for problems like this. If it is a big box builder then I am sure something in the corporate contract has an answer for this. You d ... read more
