After initial contact and visit to view my problem, the contact afterwards was sparse at best. Almost two weeks to the day from first visit they came out to repair. To long of a gap between first visit and repair. When you have more than one leak, you need response times quicker than this!

The roof and foundation of my house needs to be fixed. If I get the roof done first because it is leaking, will it be affected when the foundation is fixed?
