Patrick Miller Construction was a referral from an acquaintance who had exterior work done. This company prides itself on customer service and transparency. I was kept abreast of the the timing of materials, delivery and project work the throughout the entire length of the project.

The company provided excellent workmanship and quality!

I might recommend them to a friend. Ultimately I think the work was done well, but there were several communication gaps and other issues that needed to be resolved. I was impressed with the urgency of the response when I pointed out problems, and everything was ultimately fixed. But ideally things would have gone more smoothly.

The sales representative Billy was very attentive and patient. The request for service was last fall and we ran into a delay over the cold months. They were very prompt to pick up service once the weather was better.

I am just ecstatic with the work they did. They came in the initial day they started, knocked on the door and let me know they would be bringing XYZ in and to let me know they were out there. They cleaned up behind themselves each day and they even had an instrument that they used to clean up the nails in the grass. I loved that! They had to leave some materials and they left them in a nice, organized way. They did a very good job on the last day organizing and putting everything where it needed to be. There were a couple of days it rained and they kept at it since it was not a hard rain. I was very impressed with them. I have had a lot of jobs done and I have to admit they rate the gold star.
