-Roof Cleaning: Always inspecting for this costly roof killer, keeping you updated before each treatment to stay on top of home maintenance.
-Window Washing: Including skylights, chandeliers, glass awnings, glass walls and screen cleaning. We remove residues including nicotine, fireplace smoke buildup and tree sap.
Window track cleaning available for additional charge.
-Pressure Washing: Decks/patios, concrete and aggregate driveways, pathways and steps.
-Siding Cleaning: Exterior home cleaning, cobwebs, algae etc.

Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?

The correct nail to be used is a Hot dipped galvanized nail. Nail diameter and size are different on all applications . A regular galvanized nail is only electo galvanized meaning as soon as the drive ... read more
