We agreed to have Master's Home Solution rep, Jason Spatzier, come to our home to discuss our bathroom remodel, after visiting their booth at the Valley Forge Home Show. When he arrived at our home, he showed us a choice of colors by a third-party whom they represent, Bath Planet. These small thin pieces of plastic shown to us did not make us feel comfortable in deciding color choice and material quality, etc. We asked him if they had a showroom to see a display of the finished product. He said, "the showroom in Bethlehem, PA was closed due to Covid presently, but will be re-opening in 2-1/2 wks." Upon hearing that, we took him upon his word, and felt reassured that we could make a final decision after seeing the models displayed, as he said there will be many colors and style models to choose from." He then stated that if were to sign that day, with $1000 deposit, we would be given a discount of $500, plus a free air-travel voucher to be used anywhere in the US. We signed the contract with the deposit of $1000. We then waited 2-1/2wks., spoke with their Asst. Production Mgr., Rachael, and asked if their showroom was open now for making arrangements to visit. She replied, "What showroom.... we don't have a showroom, I don't know why Jason would have told you that." With this deception, we decided that we wanted our refund of our $1000. The company refused to refund our money. The company's manager, Paul Lesparance, stated that because we signed a contract, we were not entitled to a refund. This deceitful, lying company, who likes to rip-off the consumer, motivated us to sue them for our deposit, which we are still in the process of doing so. They had the nerve to countersue us for $4000. Now, would you want to contract a company that offers poor customer service, poor management communication skills who never return your multiple calls? This company coerces you to sign a contract with a deposit, to use as a vehicle to steal your money for a product that never entered our home.

MHS is a little on the expensive side.

Master's put in a new main bathroom for us in three days. The job was professionally done in all respects, the workers were very skilled and very polite gentlemen, and they kept the place spotless! We are extremely satisfied.
