Louisma Maintenance Services and General Contracting Services (LMSGCS) is family-owned and operated in 2009. Since opening in 2009, we have treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch. We offer services that are uniquely design for our customers. We strongly believe in providing services that go beyond our customer needs.

I would like to paint the inside of my front door. It is already stained with a semi glossy dark stain. Can I effectively use latex paint with primer in it?

Most stained doors were done with oil based coatings. That means you need an oil based primer first then you can use latex paint. Latex primer will not adhere to oil based coatings. Dennis D. Gehman P ... read more
