Never use this company if you expect quality work and the work done all the time. They don't know the basics of restoration. The equipment kept turning itself off. The circuit was overloaded and the machinery kept going off. That caused further damage to my property. I would never use their service.

Excellent quality work!

Liberty did my demo work. When taking out my bathroom cabinets they damaged them to the point of needing totally replaced. One guy worked really hard and the other guy walked around my house getting in my fridge and being really creepy. The same creepy guy had a friend that wasn’t even a coworker bring them food and came in my house when the demo was going, very very very unprofessional. Then after my insurance company paid them, I was sent a separate bill for mold remediation totally almost $600.00 for a guy coming to my house for ten minutes and spraying killz spray primer. Not only was that ridiculous price gouging but was supposed to be dealt with throw the insurance.

I highly recommend them. They did everything on time. There were no surprises.

After a tree branch fell through the ceiling of our home we contacted Liberty. The work done was good, but took far longer than necessary. There were several times that we had to contact them to remind them of work still needing to be done. Someone would come out and work for a day or two and then we'd hear nothing for weeks. While the contractors that came out were friendly and did good work, It was a total of 6 months before everything was complete with maybe 10-14 actual days spent at our house working.

One of the consistently present workers was really awesome to work with.

The person who first came explained things good but the actual two people who came to take up the floor, etc w. were not very good. They didn't get all the staples and nails out, they didn't get all the glue off the floor. The poor guys who came and put my new floor spent 4 hours cleaning up the floors before they could even lay the new one down. Not impressed!

I was very impressed with John the first time. my awning had collapsed and I was worried about my dogs getting hurt. He made sure that my dogs were safe and wouldn't get hurt. I was impressed with that.

I liked who he chose as the subs and the work, but I didn't like the lack of communication.

The guys from Liberty Restoration came in and went right to work, Explaining just exactly what needed to happen to fix my problem. A little to frank, telling me the cupboards would have to come out and the flooring too, It was very over whelming at the beginning, As I had never had a situation like this ever before. Greg was telling me every thing that they take care of. They gave me the weekend to get things together and then the work began, It also gave me time to calm down and get my head in the right place. The did every thing. boxed every thing, made it "livable" for me to still "function" and live in my house through the entire process, I thank these 2 guys for making this experience bearable~!!
