In Oscar’s sales presentation, we were led to believe he had a group of employees that had worked for him for a long period of time. We had several different groups of roofers with seemingly very different skill levels.

The owner was very responsive in the beginning, but all the work was not completed as promised initially. It was finally completed to my satisfaction in the end.
