Did not allow him to fix the issue... He never tested the run capacitor and said AJ Perri only sole entire fan assemblies, not just the blower motor. Prices given were flat out robbery!!!

I would recommend replacing the window.
sealing or adding any aftermarket seals would most likely sacrifice operation

Your best bet will be white or red oak. In any kind of wood, I would recomend you to do the finish coat with BONA HIGH TRAFFIC, is the hardest finish yo can put on your floors and is water base.
