I had excellent service. The only thing I would recommend is that it be made more apparent that at the Grove City store, you need an appointment. My Glass Guru tech dropped two HUGE slabs of glass off of his truck as he pulled out of my driveway. He pulled over to see what happened, fixed the rest of the glass on his truck and kept going.
