Itâ€™s taken over a year and this roof job is still not done. Iâ€™ve followed up multiple times via email with Bone Dry to get torn shingles repaired on a three month old roof and somehow they are always â€˜looking into it.â€ Terrible customer communication, terrible customer service in general.
