We had a new topcoat of asphalt installed on our driveway a few months ago. When could I or should I have it sealed?

Our contractors tell us 30-45 days after it can be sealed.
My handyman recently shared with me that he thinks I have some structural damage in my basement from a minor flood a few years back...

I agree that you need a structural engineer. The longer you wait the more damage that could occure if it continues to move
