Our roof job was supposed to be 2 1/2 weeks out from a signed contract. It is ironic to receive this survey this morning. I sent the signed contract and a check for the full job 11 days ago. I called the office for a status this morning. I am waiting for a call back on the status. I am not aware of any progress, or scheduled activity, to provide feedback on a survey.

The installation of the roof went exactly as scheduled. The workers were very professional, the cleanup went well. And I am very happy with the new roof. There was only one shingle that did not seat properly, and the crew came back and took care of it right away. Thank You!!

Professional from start to finish

I've used Eustis Roofing before to reroof my separate garage. So I was familiar with their work. They just finished reroofing the house, and they did the same excellent job that they did on the garage.

Eustis Roofing did the front half of the roof on my home; an army of roofers showed up around 8AM and tore off the old roofing, fixed rotted plywood, installed membrane in all the valley areas and reroofed the house in about 6 hours. Very efficient crew, everyone was busy all the time doing their part.

They were able to start 2 days earlier than initial date. All work was done efficiently and clean up was done. We are pleased with their work and professionalism

Installer's did a terrific Job. I did not like the open exposure of the siding that was left for 3 days before completion and it rained.
