Headquartered in Burkesville, KY, we serve southern Kentucky and northern Tennessee, including Nashville and Murfreesboro, TN. We help our clients design custom storage buildings and garages, then construct and deliver the finished product. We live in a condo and cannot attach anything to the outside of the building. We would like a patio cover or retractable awning. Is there anyway to do this?

I have seen some extremely nice patio umbrellas with large bases that can cover quite a large area on a patio. These do not attach to the home and usually do not attract HOA disaprovals. I'd also reco ... read more
