Jeremy Hollow with Dry Patrol is extremely professional and helpful. I really liked him a lot.

My initial experience with Dry Patrol and their contractors was awful. However, after the first project manager left and I voiced my concerns, the team did what they could to make it right.

I would like for the contractor and Dry Patrol to have more communication, because there were some time where there was miscommunication on what things had been done. Other than that, everything was good and professional quality.

Todd Petri, their supervisor, was really great to work with.

But I would reccomend that they coordinate with Dry Patrol each tearout item

I would recommend the dry out and deconstruction teams. They were great. Prompt and polite and efficient.

I did not have any complaints about any of the workers or the salesman. The skilled workers were excellent and did a great job. The process did not work well for me though. I felt as if a lot of things were not completed. The unpacking and bringing my belongings back in, they fell short with. Things did not get connected back the right way.

I was disappointed that I was not compensated based on the lack of communication and the long wait I went through to have my project complete.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They did not communicate, follow a schedule, or finish the work that was agreed upon.

Dry Patrol did a fantastic drying up our basement after a well pump issue flooded it. Would highly recommend.Thank you

Area Of Satisfaction - I am most satisfied with the quality of the work, first off, and the treatment of the various people at Dry Patrol has been very pleasant and professional.

I wasn't here when they did the roof. When I came home, there was black stuff on my deck and chairs. I had to scrub it and hose everything down. They need to cover stuff up when they do the roof work.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was impressed with the fact that the gentleman took sequential pictures of what the problem was, what the resolution was, and what it looked like when it was done. I am not a roofer and was not going up there to look at the job. It was amazingly well done and you could see the quality of the work. I have already recommended them to a friend because I thought they did a great job!
