I was quoted $45 for service but was charged almost $160 just to pull the lever up to the right level in the toilet. I think that was outrageous for a 5 minute job. Plus, the technician tried to sell me a new toilet for $900+, said it was company's policy/price to sell/use the best quality toilet.... more
