Led by Dimitrios Marmanidis, Dimitri's Construction and Masonry began as a small, family-owned company specializing in painting, masonry, and plowing. As our reputation grew in the Norwood community, so did our skills and services. Today, we are a fully licensed general contractor offering hardscaping, remodeling, painting, excavation, junk removal, and snow removal. Dimitrios's hands-on leadership sets the tone for excellence, and each crew member is licensed, trained, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service. We proudly serve clients across Norwood and a 20-mile radius, including Westwood, Dedham, Canton, Newton, Needham, Brookline, and Milton.

Yes it is possible but not practical. Technically you can do it and you can put plastic laminate over plastic laminate. But the  layer your covering has to be super clean, abraded and all surfaces mus ... read more

roof vents placed behind 4ft walls in finished attic dont do squat for ventilation. no place for soffit vents, siding is asbestos so gable vents too pricey.

If the space behind the knee wall is clear from end to end and you install gable end vents at each end then that would keep the eaves from freezing and causing ice dams.Make sure the knee wall is well ... read more
