They did an excellent job from the beginning to the end, and I would highly recommend them.

Mike Tenney would not call me back after I left him messages. After the repairs to my house were completed, there was a lot of cleaning that was needed. The tile grout (Tile that was already in place) needed cleaning also. The initial cleanup was very good, completed very timely. Mike wouldn't return my calls after the initial cleanup.

The crews at Damage Control were terrific! Our flooded basement was a mess, but each crew that was sent to handle specific restoration processes did its job with expertise and courtesy. This company can be relied upon to put you back in shape after a disaster like ours.

If they truly cared about how well they did, then whoever is in charge i.e. the owner or manger, would contact me and ask me what happened. When they crew left they knew I as not satisfied. I felt more that they were the company that got the job and then did come back. There is not a follow up.
