I received an estimate that floored me and reluctantly accepted it and once I was hooked received a second estimate which almost doubled the original.

The team is extremely competent, execution is very strong. I believe "extras" result in charges not proportional to the value of the work performed, more specifically the result is being over-chargeed.

Baine Contracting did an amazing job on my large home project. The work was superb, and they left the work site very clean every day when they left. I'm so thrilled with the finished project, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Quality of work is excellent. Gregg Arensdorf and his day to day team are knowledgeable, accessible, friendly and trustworthy. They navigated us through pandemic shortages very well by planning way ahead and using their influence with subcontractors and suppliers to keep us on schedule.
