Ricardo Campos was my technician for my AC tuneup. He was very professional and very thorough. He showed me excellently what was going on with my unit from the milky film that was on my coils to the high pressure that was exhibited out on my handler. He showed me some things that I can do to keep the pressure down, (watering the unit to get the dirt/grime out of it, we also talked about providing shade to unit secondary to many hours of being in direct sunlight). We also discussed using white vinegar and or bleach to treat the milky film and to keep unit clean. Finally, Ricardo showed me how to suction out the milky film from the downspout. Excellent service.
